Within our busy little borough kitchen we always aim to produce the best dishes we can through the experience and know-how of our skilled kitchen team, and by using the best seasonal and quality produce our chefs can get their hands on.
'Keeping it local', we are firm believers in using local suppliers, which helps keep our communities growing, and allows us to get produce speedily from the pasture to the plate.
Our meats come from our friends at the Butchers Block in Peckham, and for Sundays we source fantastic organic meats from Gill Wing Farm in Sussex.
Our fish comes from South Bank Fresh Fish, who specialise in premium-grade fish for the London market which is all sustainably sourced.
Our freshly baked breads come from Ticino’s Bakery of Bermondsey and Millers Bespoke Bakers in London.
We have a daily interchanging menu to give something new and delicious to try, along with keeping some of the firm favourites such as our 28 day aged beef burger and our beautiful house salad with the choice to add fish, chicken or halloumi.

Here at the Trinity we pride ourselves in serving top quality drinks of which we know and which we love! We are always keeping our eyes open to new and old favourites.
We really like our real ales and are always keen on getting hold of the newest guest ales the breweries have to offer us, we have an ever changing range of real ales occupying our four hand pumps, which we take great care of.
White Star, Titanic, St Austells, Meantime London and Hardy & Hansons are some of our top likes. Brains Merlins Oak, Timothy Taylors Landlord and Jopeph Holts Maple Moon are some of our particularly tasty ex residents.
Premium continental lagers such as Budvar and Peroni are on tap along with one of the newest English craft lagers, Noble.
Our old world wines are sourced through our much trusted friends at Albion Wines of London; they introduced us to some wonderful wines such as our hugely popular clean and crisp organic Domaine Bergon Sauvignon Blanc, along with some delicious classic reds such as our Pierola Rioja.
The strong stuff… Our back bar selection of spirits is full of gems. We have an array of rums, (we love rum!) such as El dorado 12yr, Krakken Black Spiced and Diplimatico Reserva, some of which were tried fresh from the source on a recent trip by one of our lucky mangers to a rum distillery in Guyana. London locals Sipsmith Gin and Haymans London Dry Gin represent the must haves along with beautiful whiskeys, top-notch vodkas and curious premiums such as Patron Café, Pyrat reserve & many many more.
Fentimans botanical brewed soft drinks are also available, the Fiery Ginger Beer and the Mandarin Jigger are serious thirst quenchers.

Sitting half way along busy Borough High Street, The Trinity strikes the perfect balance between Southwark's bustling bars and the area's many cosy locals.
The freshly prepared menu is packed full of locally sourced produce and caters for all appetites, from tasty little bits and pieces to wholesome home cooked meals. Brunch is served throughout the weekend and Sunday Roasts are a speciality.
Great pride is taken with the Real Ale selection, and guest ales appear on a weekly basis. The wine list is hand picked, featuring a lot of well known favourites and plenty of bottles for the more adventurous.
The Trinity is next door to Borough tube and a five minute walk from either London Bridge or Elephant & Castle, making it an ideal location for meeting up with friends or entertaining colleagues.
